Cancellation Policy & Booking Your Appointment 

New policy starting September 1st. 

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 Hour notice.


Our Policy:

  • When booking your appointment with us we have the following deposit charges. 
    Medical Service $75 
    Spa Service $25 Per service 
    Consultation $50 (Can be stored on account to use towards a service of your choice)

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 Hours Notice will result in a cancellation/no show fee that was processed when booking the appointment. 

  • Spa Services & Med Services cancellation within the 24 Hours will result in a $25 charge per service  

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. Or you can use the remaining time left for your appointment and the price will remain the same

  • We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. No card on file no appointment.
