Safety and Sanitation Guideline
* All treatments/services must be pre booked online or over the phone.
* Client paper work shall be completed online prior to coming into Soho Wellness (where possible).
* Door buzzer to be pressed for entry as door will be locked.
* Only clients booked for treatment/services may enter Soho-Wellness.
* No more than 2 clients shall be allowed in the Soho Wellness reception area at one time. It may be clients have to wait in their cars or on the outside designated waiting area until their therapist/practitioner comes for them.
* A touch less infrared thermometer will be used to check the temperature of all employees each day and of each client who enters Soho Wellness.
* The following screening questions shall be asked on entering Soho- Wellness :-
Have you had a cough?
Have you had a fever?
Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days?
Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
* Social distancing shall be maintained by providing one room per client for treatment/services. Alternate working schedules for Soho-Wellness Therapists shall be in place to ensure there are no more than 5 treatments being carried out at one time.
* Soho-Wellness Therapists and Practitioners will be required to wear masks and gloves at all times. Soho-Wellness shall provide masks to those clients who do not have them. Clients should wear face masks to the extent possible while receiving services.
*Masks and gloves shall be sanitized, disinfected or disposed of between each client.
*All treatments rooms shall be sanitized after each client service. Hand washing with soap and warm water, for a minimum of 20 seconds will be required by all therapists/practitioners between every client service.
* Regular disinfection of all tools, mani/pedi bowls, work stations, treatment rooms and restrooms shall be carried out.
* Our reception area shall hold no paper products as far as service menus, magazines, any unnecessary paper. All areas shall be consistently wiped down and disinfected. Hand sanitizer shall be readily available.
* Non cash payments for treatments is recommended. The use of credit/ debit transactions is preferred, using touch/swipe/no signature technology. All equipment shall be wiped down after every use.
