Enter Guided Meditations at Soho Wellness. Meditating on your own requires some effort, while guided meditation literally walks you through a meditation and helps you find a calm and peaceful state one step at a time. Try one of our Guided Meditations, each with a unique theme.
Come and join our Yoga classes at Soho - Wellness where you can expect to practice Hatha Yoga Asanas (Poses) at a pace where all levels of yoga experience can benefit. The Intensity of the poses are at your own personal preference and for you to explore. A Divinely Guided Meditation will conclude every class.
Guided meditation through Hypnosis. Debbie guides the meditation through a natural yet altered state of the mind whereby the subconscious mind is wide open and receptive to taking in positive and powerful suggestions.

Look out for our combined classes where you may experience Yoga with Hypnosis or any combination of the 3 categories above.
What to bring?
- You will need to bring a yoga mat, towel, or any other necessities
- Dress comfortably
- Mats and other necessities are available if you do not have them
